Dr. K. J. Yesudas on Communal Harmony:

Padmabhooshan Dr. K. J. Yesudas, the blessed singer gave some precious tips to the students in his speech, Expressing his concern over the state of affairs that prevail in our country, he asked the students to choose the path of righteousness and truth. He stressed on the need for communal harmony and advised the students to practice it. He demanded great inquisitiveness and right conduct from the students. He also added that ‘Guru’ will eventually lead the students to God. Winding up his words, he asked the students to be good citizens and to live in harmony and also to preach this message around.

 

Lt.Gen. Arjun Ray Insists on Value Based Education.

Lt.Gen. Arjun Ray in his very informative speech shared his views on how 21st century educational system should be. He insisted that education must nurture the natural talent of the child and also that it should convert him into a global citizen with strong social and family values. Addressing a very keen audience he added that life should have a purpose which should be pursued with great passion. Winding up his speech, he added that modern day education must help the child to answer one important question in life- who am I ?

  There is a brilliant child locked inside every student.
