definitely we will be unable to achieve the desired goal. You have entrusted complete faith in us and
we assure you of our best services possible to provide holistic growth of our
dear children.
The ethos of the
Residential School gets disturbed if the frequency of meeting and taking of the
students increases by parents.The
children from near by places can go home but the pupil from far away are unable
to have a local trip organized by their parents.Hence, children those who are unable to go home become morose.
We are sure that, parents of your calibre will definitely not desire to see morose child. Every single child is ours. And we have to give due importance to all of them. Hence, we look forward for the continuous support from you in the near future.
Every parent will be allowed to talk to the students once in a week (as per the attached schedule) on the following Mobile Phones.
Students will be allowed to make a phone call once in a week to their parents, provided they have not received call from the parents in the day prescribed for them.
Marriage leave is only applicable provided it is informed well in advance (at least minimum 15 days in writing) and it is only in the case of siblings of the self or the parents. The leave will not be granted for more than two days.
For any special occasion as mentioned above, a prescribed format (which is attached herewith) must be filled and send to the School and a copy of the same must be brought by the person who is suppose to pick the child. You may keep Xerox copies of the format for future use. Please follow the instruction briefed in the attached annexure.
The schedule of the telephone calls can be seen from the annexure.
We are sure that, you will come forward to support us in all aspects. The growth of your child is the growth of the institution. I am sure that, you will be proud to be a parent of PEEVEES PUBLIC SCHOOL in the days to come.
